Hi Pearl Girl,
Yeah, it'd be great to share some notes with someone.

I was quite freaked out about going for the lap & hyst as i've never been in hospital before and my husband was away in Melbourne for the whole week. After fasting from 7 am, admitting at 12, then not going in till 5 pm, my experience wasn't that bad. My pain waking from the anasethetic was about a 5/10 and they gave me some morphine. But i had no cramping, bleeding was pretty much non-existent and very minimal shoulder tip pain. The stomach is quite tender getting in and out of bed and chairs, but i was quite stocked with my experience considering what some other women experience and the possible side effects / complications.
However, i don't go back to my doctor until the 12th to hear the results. I also had hydrotubation and an endometrial biopsy, so hopefully they will have an idea of what's going on. I'm only just starting to realise how awful it can all be by reading some of the posts about what women go through to try and be mothers.

I'm 31 this year and we've been trying (well off contraceptives) for about the last 4 & 1/2 years. I can't imagine what the extra pressure is like being 37 (there's enough being 30)? Good to talk to you and hope we can keep track. Please fill me in more on your experiences.
Kez..
