I'm sorry to hear you had that happen. We had the same thing happen with IVF#4 (7 eggs, 6 fertilised, none made it to transfer (day 5)). Our next cycle we only had 2 embryos (from 5 eggs), so we did a 2dt and that cycle gave us DD.

Similarly, my SIL had nothing to transfer (on day 5) with her first IVF and is now pg after transferring a healthy blast for their second IVF.
