Other LTTTC fatties?

So my GP is happy to refer me to a FS because I've had two kids and she agrees its strange I can't stay pregnant now.

I'm over the BMI for IVF but I was wondering if any other over weight LTTTC'ers had luck with a FS who was willing to at least do the standard tests and what not?

Not sure what the BMI cutoff is at your clinic but I need to lose 10kgs to be at 35

My FS is willing to treat me because of my good blood results but she is hassling me to lose those kgs!

I'm in Sydney (or close enough) but I'm WAY over the BMI cut off, I've also heard the Dr at the local clinic(central coast) is very very strict when it comes to weights.

Just going over it in my head, guess the best thing is to call and ask but I'm worried they will just make the appointment to get my money and then not do anything.

Giving us until the end of the year to get a natural sticky but I want a game plan for next year if its needed, IYKWIM?

28 on Saturday, DH is 34

We have DS 9 and DD 5, had 8 m/c's.

No answers to the m/c's all at different stages, I usually get "well theres a higher chance of m/c because your over weight". No one really wants to investigate it because of my weight.

see if you can get in contact with Gavin Sacks - not sure where he stands on the BMI stuff, but he is "the" name up that way for investigating things like NK cells that may lead to miscarriage.
