For what its worth, I have a friend in the Caboolture area who was paying something like $1400 out of pocket for IUI's. She was understandably upset when she found out what I was paying. So there are some huge price variations around. If you find out the Dr's pricing and fee structure (ie how much to which medicare item numbers) beforehand, you can work out how much you should be out of pocket using the mbsonline.gov.au website.

hi there.. i go to life fertility in brisbane with Glenn Stirling and though they are ore expensive the quality if care with IUI is greatboth with Glenn and the other staff.
total cost for us is $1000.00 and as we reached the safety net out of pocket was $99.20.
