You cannot predict pregnancy by your cd21 progesterone level. My cd21 levels have been up around 65 on a cycle I didn't conceive on and around what yours were when I did conceive.

Peak levels of progesterone occur 5-10 days before the next period and the level should be greater than 20 nmols/l.

PROG
Reference Interval: Male adult: < 2 nmol/L
Female:
Follicular phase: < 2 nmol/L
Luteal phase: 5 - 90 nmol/L
Post-menopausal: < 2 nmol/L
Pregnancy:
1st trimester: 30 - 150 nmol/L.
2nd trimester: 50 - 460 nmol/L
3rd trimester: 170 - 800 nmol/L
