Hey Katie
I would think that it is the progesterone giving you cramps and twinges. I had quite bad cramps when I first started on the pessaries, and quite a lot of aching in my ovaries - much more than with the Crinone after my stim cycles. It was worse in the first few days after starting, and then the cramps settled down - they were weaker after that.
I think it would be too early to tell if it's indicating you'll have a BFN, hun. I know every twinge is going to make you wonder what's going on, but try to worry too much, especially at the moment as it's quite early on after transfer
There's also no bleeding associated with the pain, so that is a very good sign too, and nothing to be concerned about![]()
Did you have a 2 day transfer or a blastocyst? I ask because it's would be too early for implantation yet with a 2 day embryo, but the pain could be associated with implantation of a blastie, which can happen in the first couple of days after transfer. That's the only other thing other than the progesterone that I think could be causing the pain.
Try not to worry, hun. Got to keep positive and relaxed in that TWW![]()
