After spending far too long on Google I have devised a plan to get me knocked up. This will be done in conjunction with taking copious amounts of artificial stimulants and hormones, blood tests, scans, at least two invasive and painful procedures each cycle and the occasional bonk with DP - ok, more than occasional !
If anyone has anything to add; advice on what to eat, what not to eat, etc, etc...Please feel free to post. Thanks

Celery is meant to increase seamen if eaten 5 hours before DTD.
A probiotic. Yeast overgrowth (which can occur anywhere from the gut down to the vagina) could effect your fluid consistency and his swimmers ability to make it up stream.
You'd want to check about the supplements being used together though, mainly the berocca being used in conjunction with a vitamin tablet. You could go overboard with them and end up creating an imbalance.
If it's an egg issue babe, I'd take the Royal Jelly in fresh form rather than capsules. Better quality. And also fish oil liquid rather than capsules, again, better quality. (certainly that is what my naturopath told me anyway).
I'd also ditch the berocca because you're taking a multi - that should be enough.
And definitely a visit to a naturopath is worth it - they'll be able to advise you more on your supplements.
yes go to a naturopath and mabe get some acupuncture too, i was a real critic untill i tried it and it is awesome for relaxation. good luck baby making. :-)
I second the acupuncture suggestion, I think it did wonders for me.
I know how desperate I was when TTC and how that translates into trying to do everything 'right' to increase your chances, but I still had the occasional glass of wine,or chocolate snack etc if I really felt like it, it helped me relax and feel a bit kore normal. I guess I'm just saying I hink it's important to still indulge in SOMETHING every now and then and not be TOO restrictive.
hi n2l i have egg quality issues as well i take the following daily:
2 x coq10
1 x fish oil epa/dha? (good quality fish oil think its something like that)
2 xNatal (pregnancy multi vitamin) really high in quantities of everything get from health food shop and you wont need to take much else
1 x folate
1 x dong quai
1 x tsp fresh royal jelly
I am also on DHEA and chinese herbs for egg quality! I too get acupuncture weekly.
During my cycles now i am using growth hormones as well (very very expensive but we are trying everything)!
Now i cant say any of these have worked as yet for me but i feel better knowing i am on them trying everything..
Interesting...2 years ago I would have been at the health food store with this list - good for you for doing this research, I know how long it takes to read all about the different ideas re: TTC. And, no, I don't have the magic recipe...just took Plan B which really I would name Plan A+ because B sounds like 2nd best and DS is first best for us!
I wanted to throw in that you really should make sure that you don't take anything that may impact another health issue - I happened to read in the doctor's office just today that royal jelly shouldn't be taken by someone with asthma (I think it was asthma - I don't remember because I'm no longer taking it and I don't have asthma).
Also, you may want to limit plastics from your life - yep, plastics - BPA, PVC etc. These are endocrine disrupters and many people believe these have a huge impact on fertility. And not only plastic containers but also CANS of food - yep, lined with BPA. Note, this is very hard to do as canned tuna, tomatoes etc. are all sold in BPA lined cans. It's rather scarey. And to the extent that you can find organic food and can afford it, I'd throw that in.
I think you also should throw into your recipe - a whole lot of patience and being kind to yourself! AND don't forget that there are things that the sperm-person should be doing and taking.
