Definately get another test. My DH's first test came back terrible and he had to have a repeat 70 days after as this is the life cycle of a sperm, the second test was also pretty bad but slightly better. In the end he was referred to an andrologist who said that count and morphology etc can vary quite significantly between tests. The period of abstinence is also important and you must follow their directions to get the most acurate result. The other thing I recommend is getting your DH to book into one of the rooms on site for producing the sample, then there is no way travel time etc can be a contributing factor because as soon as it is produced he hands it over. (my gynea recommended this after our first bad test)
