Just wanted to get some ideas from you all about semen analysis. We have been recommended ICSI because of low count and high percentage of abnormalities. This is the first time this has ever happened. Other SAs have come back fine. What I need to know is has anyone else had fluctuations in the quality of their partner's sperm? Could other factors have influenced this particular time? I have seen some posts where people have mentioned abstinence etc having an effect on sperm quality so could this just have been a bad batch?
