I do understand about accessibility. Perhaps another option is to phone Prof.Chapmans rooms and ask for a recommendation of a specialist closer to you. This is often a good way of weeding out the not so great options.
I hear you about the wonderful women we meet going through these very difficult journeys. I feel precisely the same. If this trial hadn't been thrust upon me I wouldn't have met you all - life is certainly richer for the sharing, love and compassion in here.
