Smudge- When I have good size follies my FS always gives me a trigger shot of Pregnyl so like you said every DR is different. On other occasions when the Follie has been a little smaller she will send me away to mature it a bit longer and I have O by myself a couple of times. I guess it depends on your body too. My ovaries seem to be a bit stubborn and they will only work when they want to and sometimes I will just not O on my own. One cycle I needed two trigger shots before my body even considered ovulating. Good luck with this cycle.

Deb- thanks for the welcome back. I was just feeling like hiding for a little while but then after my scan yesterday I really wanted to come back in for all of the support you lovely ladies give and I am so glad I did. I hope you are well.

Willow- I hope you are feeling ok. If you are feeling scared just close your eyes and keep thinking about that baby that you will be holding in your arms one day soon. Good luck you will be fine

To everyone else I have missed, sorry, I hope you are all well. I am off now for a shower and to give myself my second injection. Feeling kinda excited about this all as it is a new adventure for DH & I to see if we can get our little bambino that we are dreaming of.
