We both figure the money is well spent if we eventually get a beautiful baby but it is hard everytime you keep outlaying more. I wondered how they work out the costs, that's interesting what you said. The thing we all have to remember is someone has to be part of the 20% and hope that it is us when we try, that's how I try to keep positive. We are currently having treatment at Queensland fertility Group. Our IUI's were around $700 out of pocket.

I am seeing Dr Yazdani there, and he is fantastic. Very understanding and supportive. He really takes the time to listen.

IUI hasn't worked for us unfortunately and we are about to start our first IVF cycle at the clinic.

I work at greenslopes private as an RN and Dr clare Boothroyd (who does her procedures at Greenslopes) is wonderful, she is only 1 of 2 doctors in the country to hold a certain certificate in fertility treatment, I was booked into see her but fell naturally, her waiting list is longer than most but worth it, she does her clinics through monash and greenslopes specialist clinics. google her and you will see more. best of luck!
