Hi I'm thinking of doing IUI (to have a rest from IVF) and was wondering what medication and dosage you personally have had to take for your cycle? I know everyone's is different but I just need examples.
Gonal F? How many days?
Then what do you take after that?

I underwent my first ever IUI last Thursday 4th Dec 2014. I have previously tried 3 x IVF/ICSI cycles myself and went to Athens in June to try donor embryo..
Our issues are male factor, dh has genetic gene issue and very ow sperm count with poor mobility and motility. As far as we know I have no fertility issues so we are now trying IUI with donor sperm.
This is my first IUI so I was not put on medication as I ovulate every month and hormones all seem fine. I have also suffered from Gonal F during my IVF treatments and was hyperstimulated once so glad to be trying something quite drug free to begin with. The only meds I had were a trigger the day before and pregnyl injections for next week or so.
If things don't work out, we may look at using meds in the next cycle. I am really hoping IUI works as am so over IVF.
Your IUI medication dosage please?
