Jess - I work for Vic Police as a civilian in admin and the goverment are really great in terms of offering maternity leave and having the flexibility of changing your job to part-time. My hubby works in semi government in superannuation and he just asked his boss. We had no idea he'd actually say yes!

Kantaya - yes it is so different! People warned me I might feel differently once I had given birth. *sigh* they were right once again!
