I agree with the other guys about lying that you are pregnant on the medical certificate. However, my concern is that you may need to let them know you are pregnant because if you need tests such as x-rays for the medical exam you need to notify them you are pregnant for this type of test. If you refuse to have a chest x-ray, the company will wont to know why and if you told them you weren't pregnant then it wouldn't look good for you. (If you know what I mean). Just a thought.
