    As long as you return to work after your first maternity leave is up and stay on as a permanent follow the same procedures with giving a letter etc with your EDD, expected term of maternity leave you are legally entitled to maternity leave does not affect your continuity of service.
    Depending on your boss if you're not working for a big company or the government they can still be pretty peeved but they have to do it even if begrudgingly.

    my eba states i need to be back for 12 full months before claiming a second maternity leave so if ifall pg after working 4-6 months thats ok.
