firstly congratulations. And secondly yep i have very recently been in the same situation. I started a new job with westpac (prior i was at cba with 6 months paid mat leave entitlement) and 4 weeks into it found out i was 6 weeks pregnant. This was due to ivf and we really didnt think it would work.i was stressing out that i was going to get fired the whole time. I told my boss when i was 12 weeks and they were fantastic i get 6 months paid mat leave and can take up to 24 months. I am now 16 weeks pregnant and couldnt be happier.
