thats basically what happened rayray. I was there 3yrs 10mths. I had come back off maternity leave to help them out, then went back on for a few weeks, then back perm part time. They stuffed me round from nights to afternoons to mornings back to nights and again back to mornings, just in the last 3 months. To top it off, I was their longest staying employee, we have had such a high staff turn over. But I know I was perm part time.
Rhianon, give the IR hotline a call. They should be able to tell you. Is this the same company who wanted to move you to a different location and make you go back on probation after your ML? They sound dodgy to me. Don't let them get away with anything illegal hun.
