It really depends on how much you are working and what type of work you do.

I stopped in first preg at 34 weeks as I was working 4 days a week in health care so not easy work.

2nd preg I am stopping at 37 weeks as I am only doing 1 day a week still in health care.

    good luck

I work in an office sitting at the computer all day. I left at 36 weeks (it just coincided nicely with christmas) but worked from home right up to DS's due date. I found it really hard to sit at the computer for longer than about 10 minutes towards the end due to the pressure on my pelvis. When I have my next one I'll leave at 36 weeks again - no working from home!

I left at 30 weeks. Used 5 weeks of annual leave before maternity leave kicked in.
I'm a nurse & couldn't have worked any longer than that as I was on my feet 8.5 hours per day. I LOVED having 10 weeks at home, plus my DH took annual leave too so we some time together before DS was born (which was 3 days after EDD).

i planned on leaving at 34 weeks but due to an accident i had to leave at 22 weeks . I must say i do feel like a lady of leisure lucky for me i am in the banking industry and get 6 months at half pay. I do beleive everything happens for a reason though cause with all the time on my hands i have created my own party planning company and already have 4 demonstrators working for me. I dont plan on going back goodluck hun xx
