Wysiwyg you have a point, it can definitely take time to settle in. How's the ankle by the way?

I was just so frustrated - I literally couldn't do anything. Couldn't even use the phone. And my line manager wasn't there half the day, so I couldn't even ask him for stuff to read.

The potential project is the other issue. It's based up the other end of the city, top of Collins, which is good, but its in Tech operations, which is not where my strengths lie. I am not excited about it, at all. I could start there as soon as I have my access sorted.

So the people need to be wonderful and nice and engaging or I am going to struggle even more.

Edit: P, I should normally be working Thu Fri in the office, Mon Tue from home, as two half days. But I needed to go into the office to get my access sorted before I can work remotely.
