Ladylove - what are the desirable criteria?

Not much news from me. I put in a grant application. Its just the outline stage (although still 8 pages long) and I find out in March if I am through to the full stage. Not many jobs coming up in my field although I did see one yesterday that is quite close to what I do so will probably apply but with little expectation. My current work is so full on it is hard to make time to look for the next one but I only have 5 months left. Eek!

Anyway hope you guys are all good. Its snowing here which is nice, but I am a bit homesick at the moment.
