Just wondering if anyone had any advice out there or has had any experience with the anti-discrimination tribunal. i have had some legal advice and decided to make a formal complaint about my employer after being demoted from my position after she found out I as pregnant.

I have been warned by my lawyer that it could be quite a lengthy process and I am just hoping it will be worth my while. If there is anyone else out there who has successfully been through this process I would love to hear from you... Just want some reassurance on what sort of outcome I should expect.
