Hamburgers Beef and Turkey

I put some sauce and a few herbs in hamburger patties but no vegies, whereas with rissoles I put grated onion, carrot etc etc

turkey mince
egg
coriander
carrot - grated
bit of capsicum finely chopped
shallots finely sliced
red curry paste (to your taste)

Served on grilled split turkish bread with cucmber and carrot ribbons, tomato and aioli/sweet chilli sauce
