How do you store your eggs?

I do a mix of on the bench and in the fridge. If we are going through a lot of eggs, then I keep them out. Always good to have some at room temp ready for baking.

Oh thanks everyone ! I don't keep mine in the fridge at all because I love baking. I have an egg holder thingy which I can hold 16 eggs but the eggs don't sit in properly if I put them in pointy side down so I have to turn the eggs upside down when I take them out of the carton.
