    Thanks Rouge, iv thought about stuffinf it with something before, do you foil it after wards or just leave it uncovered?

    You would mince it up too & make meatballs - I did this yesterday.
    I roughly chopped the chicken breast, put it in the food processor and wizzed it up til it looked like mince then added flavours I liked

    Marinade it in Balsamic, Ginger, Garlic and Honey. Use it like a warm chicken salad. Very yummy!
