we oven bake them - just sit them on a tray and let them go. depending on how efficient your oven is, it may take more or less than the 35 mins - our oven is crap, so we tend to leave them longer. we dont' brush with anything - a lot of the butter melts out into the tray so we kinda glaze with that.
