    Tinks that sounds nice.. I just grill mine, I sometimes buy the pre marinated ones with rosemary.. I love lamb chops

    If you get lamb loin chops, we just grill ours with garlic salt sprinkled over them. If we have shoulder/forequarter/BBQ chops, often I will quickly brown them and then make either a curry or a goulash. Cutlets I always crumb.
