OK, I have a new ambition in life. I want to learn how to cook a really really good meatloaf. My grandma used to do one that was legendary (it had eggs in the middle and a gorgeous scrummy tomato sauce on the outside) but unfortunately she passed before I got the opportunity to spend time with her in her kitchen.
So, ladies & gents, I'm after your meatloaf secrets...I don't want ordinary recipes, I want the really sooper dooper ones, preferably with sauce tips too, plus any little tricks you do to get it just right...!
