Evening,
I hope its not to late to post this, as I type I have chicken parmigiana in the oven.
I went to the butchers today and brought two ready made. It looks like bread crumbs on the outside of the chicken with a ham and cheese filling.

Silly me should have asked for cooking directions.

I've placed them in the oven in an oven dish on 180C with some cooking oil sprayed on the top and they are slowly browning.

Do you think this is okay and do you think they'll be ready when they have browned?
