Taco Meat Receipes?

Does anyone have a receipe for taco meat? I want to make it from scratch rather than buying the taco seasoning sachets

Soz, cant help you with the seasoning, but try mixing half regular mince with half kangaroo mince - yummy and cheaper, and full of iron!

i do but its on my computer at home. I got in from the 'just slow cooking' website.

You can also get the sauce component in a can ( doesnt fit in with the from scratch approach) from USA foods, with the revolting name of "manwich' Tastes good though.
