Given that you have high blood pressure, getting it checked after this would be the first thing on my list. Even if it is o.k, I would still contact the Ob and let them know. Good luck
I would def be giving them a call! Having said that I got migraines in my pregnancy with DD. Not a lot of pain but would get tunnel vision or sometimes wouldn't be able to see out of one eye - very scary but once I found out what it was it was just annoying - couldn't drive obviously :-) Hope everything wors out OK for you!
It has happened a few times this week so I finally called my OB - he doesn't have the best bedside manner and is nearly impossible to get in touch with most days which is why I didn't just call him immediately just to check (but I'm in a regional town where he's the only option!)
He said it's most likely a migrane and not to worry about it. Given that it's now happening most days I still think its probably related to the Trandate as I hadn't ever had it until I started on that, but I would obviously much rather have blurry vision than the high blood pressure so I guess I'll just live with it until bubs comes in another few weeks !
My optomitrist said that he's often had to prescribe ladies glasses during some stages of their pregnancies but once they've had the babies they haven't needed to wear them again.
