I had that feeling too when I was pg, and I can't remember how to fix it! I think it was from a lack of food staying down (so wasn't getting any nourishment) and the body was just weak. Hopefully someone can give you a better idea. Hope you feel on top of it soon!

    And congrats!

That happened to me and it was an issue with my blood pressure. If you are concerned I'd recommend a visit to your GP or midwife just to get it checked out.

It happened to me and mine was an issue with iron. Mine was also accompanied by extreme fatigue and breathlessness.

Even if it is from a cold, it is really worthwhile to be checked out by your doctor to ensure there is nothing really concerning. It will put your mind at ease a bit too

Yeah I would say it's most probably your iron, or your blood pressure. Probably blood pressure on the lower scale. And it could very well be your iron because you need alot more during pregnancy kwim

There is also a virus going around at the moment with these symptoms but it is always worth getting your iron levels and blood pressure checked.
When you feel like this try and eat something sweet as well as having water as this can help.
Nothing is worse than feeling you are going to pass out, you just hope that a chair is nearby.

Wouldn't surprise me if it was a virus. I am always good at catching them. And i was in melbourne for 8 days so can't completely rule that out. I have been eating lollies and drinking water in small amounts so i dont throw up.

How's your blood pressure, hun? I became famous for my fainting spells during pregnancy, I used to get nosebleeds too (ick), I had issues with a lack of iron (despite taking Elevit) and very, very low blood pressure. If you can talk to a GP and get checked out that'd be your best option and they may have some good advice for you, in the meantime just try to take it easy on yourself, eat small amounts frequently, try getting a bit of salty food into you (especially if you're throwing up a lot, you may be dehydrated and losing salt).
Hope you feel better soon hun
