Cystocele - can i still have a vaginal birth? HELP!

Hi girls.
Some help please. has anyone had a cycstocele while pregnant and how was it managed before, during, after labour?

I've been told today that I have a small one (prolapse of the bladder) and that I shouldn't worry. But the doc was very rushed and difficult to understand.

My midwife is booking me into see another doc next week about it but in the meantime, I'm a bit worried on the implications of this little development?

I'm 37 weeks preg with my 2nd bub (didn't have this with my first). And I'm at the local birth centre, so really don't want to lose my place on that fabulous program!
