It is a symptom of GD I had GD with Noah and I DEFINITELY had the thirsty symptoms but a lot of preg ladies get that symptom anyway.

Also GD doesn't usually develop until around the 28week mark which is why they test then so I wouldn't stress about it! Maybe just let your hospital know if you are concerned
