    I've had the flu vac because personally I felt the benefits outweigh the risks. It is very interesting the bit about acidic vs alkaline bodies though. I don't get sick a lot, but I do get a lot of the other stuff on the acidic bodies list. Definitely something to think about when I do the groceries next!
