Hi, I was wondering if anyone knew if I should continue to take my metformin as I have a pretty nasty gastro bug at the moment and I wasnt sure if Metformin stimulates the bowel or not....????
Without anoying my doc AGAIN I thought I might just post the question here and some lovely ladies may be able to help!!
Other than taking panadol regularly to keep my temp down, and gastrolyte to keep fluids up, is there anything else I could do??
Am I better of to not eat at all? The cramps after I eat are so painful, up there with labour pain!
