From the little I understand, if the S/D ratio is increased it could indicate intrauterine growth retardation (IUGR) which means the baby is smaller than they would expect. I am assuming they made a spelling mistake on your report. There is a link between IUGR and Gastroschisis so they would be expecting to see this. It's not really good enough though that they wrote that on your report and didn't take the time to explain it. Could you go to your GP and ask him to talk you through it for greater clarity?
