(((hugs))) it sucks that you are stuck so far from home. It's all very well knowing it is for the best, but that doesn't make a hard (and I'm guessing very boring) period of bed rest any easier. Have you any friends in Melbourne who can visit to keep you company, or is your partner able to be with you?
