    Question Gestational Diabetes Question???

I had the glucose challenge test (GCT) at 24 weeks. It came back good but someone told me they are meant to do the test at 26-28 weeks pregnant. Did I have it too early?? Could the results change between 24 and 26-28 weeks??
    Thank you for any replies.

Yes the results can change between 24 and 28 wks. GD tends to kick in more towards 28 wks and is at its worst (ie your blood sugar is hardest to control) at 32 wks. I had my GTT at 28 wks.
