I use Clexane during IVF cycles (I self inject) and those bruises are common sadly.

There's not much you can do but they will fade.

to try and minimise the bruising don't rub the injection site after you have given yourself the clexane. Alternate the side of your naval that you use and inject yourself fast, with a slower release of the fluid from the needle. Hope that makes sense and I'm sorry you are having the bruising. It's never nice and sometimes there's nothing you can do to avoid the bruising sadly.

I put arnica cream on mine.
Some will be big but others won't be, they won't all be like that hopefully.
I have been on 80mg clexane from ivf transfer til 13 wks, since then on 40 mg, I have noticed that in the last few weeks the bruises are getting a bit better, not sure why that is. Earlier in the pregnancy I was struggling to find a spot to inject that wasn't black and blue.
Its a real pain ( literally, some of them HURT)isn't it, but its required to keep my baby safe so I have just learnt to accept it.
Also, try and learn to inject yourself, you will be surprised at what you can do if you have to!
Hope the bruise goes down soon x
