    just strained my groin?

    Hiya,
Not really a 'medical condition' as such, but I just tried to push a suitcase back under my bed using the inside of my left foot....as soon as I did I felt a big pulling feeling in my groin......and now (one hour later?) it's still sore when I walk.....
Had a bath but that didn't help - and when I try to stretch it I feel no stretch as it's my groin rather than my inner thighs or something...
Any ideas or should I just sleep on it and see what the morrow brings....
Pooo poooo poooo hope I don't go into labour anytime soon and find I can't walk!

Mine ended up taking 4 or 5 weeks to disappear....three weeks or so before the birth and a few after...I think the hormones flying around my body went crazy and prolonged it? It was really painful ...would just be the way I walked sometimes that wuold set it off.
    Hope yours disappears really quickly!
