Does anyone know what you can take during pregnancy for a mouth ulcer? I have one on the end of my tongue, and its starting to really bug me.. (been there for about 2 weeks and I've just been ignoring it!!)

I know it sorta says that I'm lacking in a vitamin as well, but for the life of me can't remember which one it is... I've been a bit slack lately at taking my vitamins, and I've been really sick and run down (yes yes, probably because of the vitamins... )

So does anyone know what I can take/do/help to get rid of it and stop another one coming?
