Back from the doc. Downs result came back as low risk (yay!) but the range of the nuchal fold is an indicator of heart defects.
So, I need to book in with a senior doc for the 18 week scan to look into this further. Won't know anything more until then.
They didn;t even give me a single pic :'(

That sucks about not getting a pic. Good news on the low risk. Hoping everything will be fine at your next scan.

Yay for ruling out DS!
Don't stress out too much - we were told the exact same thing. Once chromosomal has been ruled out, they start looking for other causes.
Can they sneak you in at 16wks? Our sonographer was confident he'd get a good look at 16wks...
Hope the wait isn't too torturous for you, but I know that it probably will be.
Sucks about not getting a pic either!

Well that's good and bad news. Fingers crossed all is normal.
Sux not having a pic for your records though.
Next time when you are having your scan ask for a pic, often they can give you one on the spot. Not always but worth asking.
You can always get hold of your films if you like, just find out who has them. Dr or the imaging place. Then you could scan it and print a pic.
