Exclamation Stress and lack of sleep or should I be concerned??

All afternoon I have felt horrible. I have felt light headed but not a light headed like I want to faint more a light headed like i'm spaced out. I can't focus properly, feel like i'm going to be sick and really clammy.

I've had a REALLY REALLY tough couple of days with DD being sick and have been up min. 5 times each night for the last 3 nights. DH had a little op today and has been here since driving me nuts.

Does this sound like just stress symptoms and my body telling me to get more sleep or should I be concerned?

    TIA xx

It could be due to stress i know i do get like that when i am super stressed or when im really upset. I saw take it easy for a few days if the feelings stays go see your doctor. Go with your instincts if you think somethings not right then get checked out.

That's exactly how I get when I'm sleep deprived...esp when I was pregnant. Try to get some extra sleep (big ask, I know) but if you get some sleep and you still feel like this afterwards maybe pop into your GP and get them to check your blood pressure/dipstick your wee, JIC.

I would try and redst up, elevate your legs, build up your fluids and try to nap as much as possible and see how you feel, you may be getting sick, if you are getting clammy and feeling sick.

I agree with MD, after having a rest if you don't feel much better, I would pop into your GP to get checkout out JIC
