Hi, I didn't even realise there was a thread for this and I'm now 29w5d with number 2.
With DS, I had little more than just nausea. This time, from about 6weeks, I have had horrible m/s. It died down to throwing up only a few times a day for a few weeks around the middle but then got worse again to the point of hospitalisation because my body had begun to shut down. They hooked me up to a drip for 4 days and gave me water and ice constantly, although I couldn't keep it down even with maxalon and they kept getting annoyed with me every time I filled another bag. Eventually they gave me ondansetron (wafers) and I could start eating lil bits at a time.
Sometimes I am lucky and can eat and be ok, other times, even the wafers can't help me.
Until this pregnancy, I was able to count the amount of times I've thrown up over my life on my fingers so this is a massive change for me.
Sorry to see there are so many sufferers.

    Hi Damprye

Congratulations on your pregnancy! Im very glad that you found our little suffering or suffered family here . Although I am sorry to hear that you are one of the very unlucky ones though Its really not a nice thing to have to experience anytime especially not when you are trying to grow a precious baby in there! I cant offer much advice cause it looks like you are getting well looked after and on the meds that are helping. All I can say is hang in there, you are on the downhill run and soon you will have your babe
