Thyroid

Hi everyone
I'm new to this site and havn't posted before, but have a question maybe some of you ladies can help me with.
I'm only just pregnant after an IVF cycle and feeling fine apart from the OHSS, though that has eased off since going to hospital last week so think that should be fine now.
Anyway, last year I had a total thyroidectomy and am now on thyroid hormone replacement. I know I will have to watch my blood levels through the pregnancy and increase my dosage (am seeing endocrynologist), but I'm just wondering whether there's anything else I should know/look out for. If there's anyone in a similar situation who might know, I'd appreciate any advice.
