Don't worry! I'm pretty sure most people are + to toxoplasmosis. It's actually more of a worry to be - if you're pregnant, because getting it in pregnancy can be dangerous for the baby. I believe you can pick it up by being exposed to cats, more particularly their poo. So if you've had a cat and cleaned it's litter try, chances are you've already picked up toxoplasmosis.
