Take care of yourself! Good girl for going to the drs.

I had gastro a couple of years ago (I wasn't pregnant) and ended up having an ambulance called while I was at the drs because I was so dehydrated. I was given an oxygen mask and put on the drip once I was at the hospital. The drip was the BEST thing ever!

I'm sure you won't need anything that drastic, but it's always best to get looked at. I hope you feel better soon you poor love .

Back from the doc now. I must be so tired because I burst into tears as soon as I sat down. I blamed the hormones cos I'm not a crier!!!! I just don't cry, especially in front of strange docs.

Apparently there is a different strain of the rotavirus going around the sunny coast and I've got it. Expect another 24-36 hours of hell basically. Yay for me. Nothing to give me but keep up the fluids and eat starchy foods. (no dairy - damnit no chocolate!) Hopefully Aricyn doesn't get this one cos its a badddd one.

Oh, and he felt my belly - he's predicting a 10 pounder.. just what I need for a VBAC!!!!!

oh you poor thing - i had this with DD#3 at 39 weeks.....it sent me into labour, due to being so dehydrated.... So whilst having a baby (literally) in the mat ward, i was also throwing up from gastro bug. Pregnant or not, it has to be the worst.....

Good luck over the next few days......
