    Could be due to constipation and hemmroids, but I would get it check out anyways just to be sure.

    Id say you have raptured something. If you dont want to go to the docs, just call, nurse on call. I had this once and the nurse told me that if it continued to go to the docs/hospital. But it didn't it was gone the next day.
