I have A negative blood and am 33 wks pregnant with baby number 3. With my first baby I had the injection about 2 days after he was born. He has A postive blood.

With my second son I was waiting for the injection when the lady across from me got one. I asked where mine was and they said that I didn't need one as my son was A negative the same as me.

This time around I have had an Anti D injection at 28 wks and am having another next week. They haven't mentioned one after the baby is born.
